Majid Abai - CEO

For the past 26 years, Mr. Abai has founded, led, transformed, and merged several companies in different industries. During the same period Mr. Abai has provided consulting services to corporate executives in the areas of technology, governance, turn-around and strategy. Mr. Abai's strongest capability is his entrepreneurial vision and ability to provide the right direction to clients across various industries. Mr. Abai's clients include Fortune 2000 organizations, Small-Medium size enterprises, startup, and government organizations.

In 2005, Mr. Abai coauthored 'Data Strategy' a book designed to help streamline the management of information within organizations. Mr. Abai is a member of Tech Coast Angels, an angel investment network located in Southern California. Mr. Abai is a frequent contributor to various online and offline publications. Mr. Abai is also invited to give lectures in technology, executive management, and entrepreneurship in globally renowned institutions.

Kurosh Kafie - Senior Advisor, Business Development

With over 23 years of business development experience with the largest technology and tech delivery firms in the world, Mr. Kafie understands planning and executing the right sales and marketing strategies for any organization. His background in business development for and to Fortune 1000 organizations provides an excellent opportunity for companies in need of building and measuring sales teams, BD plans, channel markets, and sales strategies.

Masoud Abaei - Senior Consultant

Specializing in enterprise architecture and enterprise information strategy, Mr. Abaei has lead several architecture teams in major corporations. With over 20 years of information technologies experience and vast understanding of several different verticals, Mr. Abaei has consistently appraised the technical needs and recommended the architectural direction of different organizations. Masoud delivers sound strategies and oversees the implementation of the strategy based on agreed upon milestones. Mr. Abaei's negotiation skills, his macro view of the goals, and his micro view of tasks have earned him several 'awards of excellence' from various client organizations.

Ray Ybarra - Senior Consultant

Ray has over twenty five years of combined experience in business analysis, IT auditing, and technical consulting including responsibility for managing & leading several long-term projects and supervising audit personnel. He has worked in various industries including; financial & insurance services, manufacturing, aero space and defense. Ray combines his pragmatic business and audit background with his technical expertise to add value to the services provided. He offers effective leadership solutions to internal and external clients and assists them to maintain strong internal controls.
