Uno de ellos, muy reciente, titulado \u201cCustomer Observatorium\u201d de Sottotempo Advertising, revela que el 72.2% de la poblaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola afirma haber utilizado alg\u00fan servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o.
