The company has invested heavily in the purchase of licenses, computers and software platforms to ensure service to its customers from the workers’ homes

The companies EXTEL CRM Group and Rainbow Group, both belonging to the ABS Group and leaders in the BPO sector, have launched a project aimed at ensuring that more than 1,900 workers can continue developing their work from their homes. The objective of this initiative is not only to protect the health of all its workers against the COVID19 pandemic, but to continue offering the best service to its customers.

Due to the complexity of launching a project of these characteristics in such a short period of time, EXTEL CRM and Rainbow have invested heavily in the purchase of licenses, computers and new software platforms, necessary to provide their staff with the tools indispensable for them to continue performing their work.

The support received

An important aspect of this project is that they have had the full support of the legal representation of the workers who at all times have promoted and supported teleworking measures.

Both companies are actively deploying this teleworking project in their centers in Madrid, Barcelona, A Coruña, Zaragoza, León and Malaga.

In the words of José Ignacio Galán, General Director of the ABS Group, “From our group and faced with such an exceptional situation as the one we are experiencing, we want to contribute to being part of the solution and show that, although with a lot of effort, the I work to maintain the activity without endangering the health of our employees ”.
